Have you been slacking like me? My 1st thought was yes I'm in and the 2nd 🤮. But I need this. I need the challenge. I need the excercise. I have maintained my weight but my energy levels have dropped and for obvious reasons the spasms have increased. Are you joining me?
I want to but I don’t understand. Do you start at a specific time and then go til you have done 1000. Where does the 24 hrs come into it? Does it mean you have 24 hrs to complete it?

Yes you pick your day. Get your stuff like water ready and start. Photo at the start. Go until you gave done 1000. Nothing says you can't pace yourself or take a little rest. You decide how you want to do it. I know I can do around 135 in 30 min. But that was at an exhausting pace for me. So if I aim for at least 200 per hour I can pace myself and everything faster will be a bonus.
